Our Guarantee
Every product we sell is fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us and we will resolve the problem in a manner that best suits your needs. We are happy to issue refunds for product upon their undamaged return. Please call us at 434-316-0124 during business hours (U.S. Eastern Time) to discuss a return.

Ordering

Method of Payment
We accept most major credit cards online or by phone. We do not ship C.O.D. nor do we accept personal checks.

Canceling Your Order
If you change your mind, for any reason, before your order has shipped, we will cancel your order free of charge, no questions asked.

If you change your mind about an order after it has shipped, please return the undamaged product to us within 30 days and we will refund your money, minus the shipping costs.

Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we'll ship the item when it becomes available. The typical length of time to receive a backorder is 3-6 weeks.

Do you have a special need for something you don't see here?
